Growing Vinyasa Earth — Rooted in Passion, Built with Purpose
Some collaborations change everything.
For me, working with Vinyasa Earth wasn’t just a project—it was the beginning of Bridge & Bloom.
The Beginning: More Than a Website
When I first connected with Sankalp, the founder of Vinyasa Earth, he didn’t ask for my technical skills or portfolio.
Instead, he asked about me—my values, my story. That very first conversation made it clear: this wasn’t corporate.
This was a space led by soul, not systems.
I started out as a remote volunteer, supporting their website from Pune. But two months in, I felt the pull to be closer—to understand the heartbeat behind the work.
I booked a two-week trip to Vinyasa. (The only mistake? Booking my return ticket too early.)

Building Together: Passion Meets Perspective
Vinyasa Earth isn’t just an art residential space—it’s a rebellion against the mechanical rush of modern work.
It’s a sanctuary where people can pause, breathe, and reconnect with who they are.
As an artist, Sankalp operates with the deep philosophy of “no Plan B”—giving everything to his dream.
I, coming from a design background rooted in user-centric thinking and systems, believed in backup plans and structured progress.
We were different. But in that difference, we built a powerful middle ground:
A rhythm of creativity supported by systems that didn’t feel heavy.
Space for art and audience understanding.
Room for passion and sustainability.
Evolution: Beyond a Website
Over time, my role evolved far beyond the digital.
From reimagining their website with better automation, seamless payments, and reduced operational costs—to co-curating artist residencies, supporting retreats, and mentoring new volunteers—it became a journey of mutual growth.
What changed for Vinyasa Earth:
- A website that reflects its heart and runs with efficiency.
- Systems that allow for better financial management without killing the creative flow.
- A growing community of artists, seekers, and collaborators.
What changed for me:
The realization that businesses don’t have to sacrifice their soul for success—they just need the right kind of support.
A deeper understanding of how businesses rooted in passion truly grow.
A second home and family in Jaipur.

Why This Matters
Vinyasa Earth showed me what’s possible when founders are supported—not just with tools, but with heart, perspective, and belief.
And that’s exactly what I now bring to every founder I work with through Bridge & Bloom:
Not just strategy. Not just design.
But a genuine partnership that helps soulful ideas thrive sustainably.
A few marvels we came up with
Thinking about working together?
- You are a passion-driven Founder
- You have generated some revenue (preferably 1 Lac)
- Preferably bootstrapped
- Want a partner who gets both the poetry and the process
